Visi uz\u0146\u0113muma darbinieki r\u012bkojas saska\u0146\u0101 ar R\u012bc\u012bbas kodeksa principiem.<\/li>\n \t<li>Uz\u0146\u0113mums nepie\u013cauj darbinieku diskrimin\u0101ciju politisko, reli\u0123isko, seksu\u0101lo un personisko uzskatu, k\u0101 ar\u012b \u0123imenes\/vesel\u012bbas st\u0101vok\u013ca vai vesel\u012bbas st\u0101vok\u013ca d\u0113\u013c. Krit\u0113riji, uz kuriem Sabiedr\u012bba pamato l\u0113mumu par pie\u0146em\u0161anu darb\u0101, ir darbinieka person\u012bg\u0101s \u012bpa\u0161\u012bbas (god\u012bgums, piekl\u0101j\u012bba u. c.) un vi\u0146a profesion\u0101l\u0101 kompetence.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>Intere\u0161u konflikts\n<ol>\n \t<li>Dar\u012bjumi j\u0101veic uz\u0146\u0113muma interes\u0113s. Ne fiziska, ne juridiska persona, kurai ir jebk\u0101das attiec\u012bbas ar darbinieku, nedr\u012bkst negod\u012bgi izmantot uz\u0146\u0113muma priek\u0161roc\u012bbas, izmantojot savas attiec\u012bbas ar darbinieku vai savu st\u0101vokli.<\/li>\n \t<li>J\u0101izvair\u0101s no situ\u0101cij\u0101m, kas var rad\u012bt konfliktu starp darbinieka pien\u0101kumiem pret uz\u0146\u0113mumu un vi\u0146a\/vi\u0146as person\u012bgaj\u0101m interes\u0113m.
